IMPORTANT FREE SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Item numbers that end with “F” are shipped free.
Shipping is USPS 1st Class only. Other options are
available at a charge equal to the carriers’ charge plus
$3.00 carton & handling where applicable. If your
order includes items without free shipping, they will be
shipped separately to avoid confusion. Our
shipping charge policy remains the same for items that
do not have free shipping. Free shipping only applies to
the continental US and Hawaii.
Shipping Outside of the US - "WE DO NOT
GUARANTEE DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE US." All orders that need
to be shipped outside of the US will not be charged for
shipping until NEPLS receives your order and can confirm
the shipping charge. Once NEPLS confirms shipping charge
you will then be billed through PayPal for shipping.
Customers will have the option to back out of an order
and receive a refund minus a $5.00 Handling Fee (this is
because in order to get an accurate shipping charge, we
have to pack the order).
How To Place An Order On Our Website:
Follow these simple steps and you will be on your way to savings and ease of shopping for all your pigeon products at NEPLS.
Go to our website. On the left hand
side you will find links to all the great products we
sell.
Click on the category you need and then once you find
the item(s) you want to purchase, click the Add to Cart
button.
Once you click on the Add to Cart button the window
below will display. If you want more then QTY 1 of any
items then enter the QTY in the proper box next to the
listed item. If you feel you no longer need an item
listed, then check the Remove box and click on Update
Cart.
Before Check Out:
Once you are sure you have all your items shown and are
ready to check out, you can click on the Proceed to
Checkout button. However you should enter your zip code
for shipping calculations.
Included in the
shipping fee is a $2.50 handling charge.
We at NEPLS
are
always looking out for a less expensive shipping cost
for our customers. If we can upgrade your shipping at
the same cost we will. We will also alert the buyer of
any possible refunds and/or additional charges in the
case of very heavy or large items.
If you already have a PayPal account your computer will
go to a screen like this for you to enter your login
information for faster processing.
If you do not have a PayPal account or haven’t
used it in a long time no problem.
PayPal will
display another screen like the one shown below. You can
just enter your preferred billing information or login
to PayPal to pay with your credit card.
Once you pay online and NEPLS receives confirmation of payment we will promptly work on shipping your order out to you.
