IMPORTANT, FOR CREDIT CARD USERS. IF THE INVOICE ADDRESS YOU ENTER ON YOUR ORDER DOES NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WE WILL PASS ALONG A FEE OF UP TO 1.25% OF THE SALE WHICH IS LEVIED ON US BY OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

If they are different, please give us the name and address on the credit card account in the message section of your order.

You can order by mail using a clean sheet of paper. Be sure to include your full name, shipping address and telephone number in case we have any questions. Include your credit card number, expiration date and 3 or 4 digit security code (on the back). Or, include your check or money order (after getting your total from us). Please write legibly to avoid a delayed or lost shipment. If you order through the mail, we will include an order blank in your shipment for future orders.

Finally, you may call in your order regardless of your method of payment however, no products will be shipped that are not paid for. Also, feel free to call us with your credit card information even if you choose to order by one of the above methods.

All prices are subject to change but a significant increase will be cleared with the customer. We accept checks, money orders, PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When a credit card is used that is not associated with a US ZIP Code, we must charge an additional 4%.

Order by Item Number. Where an Item consists of more than one piece, order 1. For example, Item #0446 is (12) eggs, you would order a quantity of 1 Item #0446, not 12. Out of stock items will automatically be back ordered for you and will be shipped ASAP. You must tell us if you do not want your item back ordered. However, if a considerable length of time passes, we will contact you before shipping a back order. There is a 6% Sales Tax which includes shipping on all orders sold within the state of Connecticut. We regret that it has to be this way, however, past experience has caused us to require full payment before any product is shipped, we appreciate your understanding.

It is very important to us that your experience with NEPS is a positive one. Every order receives the full attention of Tony personally and he will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. Many of the products advertised in this catalogue are used here in Tony’s lofts. Tony is a Master Breeder with 57 years in pigeons. If we say it works, we’ve tried it!

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping for all bands is a flat $2.00. We also charge only $2.00 for many items that can be shipped in an envelope. For all other products, we charge exactly what the carrier requires, we do not profit from shipping . For that reason, with the exception of bands, you can only pay by check, money order or PayPal after getting the grand total from us. For your information, shipping charges are based on a combination of weight, carton size and destination. Those customers in some rural areas of the country may have to pay more than someone the same distance away who lives in a city. If bands are ordered with other items, there is no separate shipping charge for the bands. For each order other than bands and enveloped shipments there is a carton and handling charge of $2.50 (a little more for multiple carton shipments). We use the USPS and DHL. Unless you specify a particular service, we will always try to ship to you with both speed and economy in mind. Products damaged in shipping will be replaced. A damaged item must first be returned to us. Any item other than opened medication can be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase.
