Q Why did I only receive part of my order?
We may have been out of one or more of the items you
ordered but most often it’s because we ship Free
Shipping Items separate from those that require a S&H
charge. If we are out of an item, we do not charge for
it and we include a note on your invoice.
Q Why am I being asked to submit more money when I
already paid?
Except for Free Shipping Items, we charge just what we
are charged for shipping, no more, no less. The freight
charge listed at our shopping cart check out is a base
charge since there are so many variables that affect the
cost of shipping. You will receive a refund if you paid
$1 or more than the cost of S&H. You will receive a bill
through Pay Pal if your payment was short by $1 or more.
Q Why was my order shipped in more than one carton?
We ship Free Shipping Items separate from others so that
the size and/or weight of the Free Shipping Items do not
affect the cost of shipping the other items.
Q Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, if we ship your order via the USPS, you are
automatically notified and provided a tracking number.
If we ship UPS, there is no notification but you can
always request a tracking number from us.
Q What determined the S&H charge?
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight and
number of packages as well as the distance between you
and NEPLS. Whether your location is in or near a major
city or rural also affects the cost. We take extra time
to choose the least expensive and/or most efficient
shipping method for every order.
Q After I place an order and submit my credit card, do
you keep the number on file?
When you submit your credit card at check out, you are
giving it to Pay Pal, we never see it. If you give us
the number on the telephone, we keep it in a safe file
but upon your request, we will not.
Q I don’t have a Pay Pal Account, can I still order on
line?
Yes, you have the option of using your Pay Pal account
if you have one or you can simply submit your credit
card number as if you were giving it to us.
Q If I ask you to put an item on back order, do I have
to pay for shipping?
Yes, unless the item is a Free Shipping Item in which
case you don’t.
Q When I place an order on line, how can I include a
note?
There is a field in Check Out for a note or
instructions. You can also email us directly from the
web site.
Q Do I have to order on your web site?
No. You can call our toll free number, 800-811-8710
(between 9 and 4 E.T.), FAX your order to us at
860-889-2497 or mail your order to us with all necessary
information including your telephone number.
Q If I suspect that S&H will exceed what I paid, how can
I know the total for my order?
Call us or email your order to us with your zip code and
we will be happy to give you a quote of your exact
total.
